About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design architectures considering functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring scalability, security, resilience, performance, and maintainability
Work closely with Product teams to understand needs, business problems, journeys, and requirements, translating them into technological solutions
Present and defend architectural proposals to technical and business audiences
Partner with Engineering teams to define and evolve solutions
Design integrations between systems, applications, and services
Guide squads during implementation and ensure adherence to architectural standards
Take into account development, security, infrastructure, cloud, networking, and observability
Evaluate technologies, frameworks, tools, and patterns
Contribute to best practices for software quality, security, testing, development, and architecture
Develop prototypes and proofs of concept
Create and maintain architecture diagrams and documentation using Draw.io and the C4 Model
Act as a technical reference and mentor for technology professionals
Support squads in resolving complex technical challenges
Participate hands-on in building and validating solutions, including code development and proofs of concept

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in software development, preferably as a Senior Software Developer/Engineer, Tech Lead, or Software Architect
Experience in solution design and architecture, including requirements gathering, component definition, integrations, and architectural documentation
Strong knowledge of .NET / .NET Core and C#
Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and API documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI
Experience with Docker and container-based architectures
Knowledge of SQL Server, data modeling, and query design
Experience with Git and platforms such as GitHub and/or GitLab
Knowledge of dependency and artifact management using NuGet, Nexus, or equivalent tools
Understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices
Experience with Cloud Computing and understanding of concepts such as compute, containers, networking, messaging, and scalability
Experience with architectural design and documentation, preferably using the C4 Model and tools like Draw.io
Knowledge of observability and monitoring of applications and environments
Ability to move between business and technical discussions
Hands-on profile, with the ability to develop code, prototypes, and proofs of concept
Excellent communication, persuasion, influencing, and relationship-building skills
Nice to have: experience with AWS, especially ECS, EKS, ALB, VPC, EC2, SQS, and SNS
Nice to have: experience with Datadog
Nice to have: experience with Windows Services
Nice to have: familiarity with Jira and Confluence
Nice to have: experience in financial, banking, or other high-criticality environments
Availability to work in a hybrid model three times per week in the Avenida Paulista area, São Paulo/SP
