About the role
- Support the formalization of credit contracts for operations in domestic currency.
- Control and verify collateral linked to domestic currency credit operations (KGiro/Guaranteed Account/Discount/Assignments — with and without co-obligation).
- Record transactions in internal systems and with regulatory bodies, when applicable.
- Organize and monitor transaction documentation, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Use the DocuSign platform to collect and manage electronic signatures for contracts and documents.
- Support the team with operational requests and daily routines within the domestic currency operations area.
- Interact with internal areas (Back Office, Compliance, Commercial) and financial institutions.
- Assist in maintaining customer and transaction records in legacy systems.
- Monitor and manage outstanding issues arising from disbursed transactions that were approved with subsequent regularization authorizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, International Relations, or related fields.
- Mandatory knowledge of contract formalization, collateral/guarantees, and registrations.
- Mandatory knowledge of financial mathematics — calculations, FGI, FIDC (operations and structuring).
- Previous experience with back office of active operations in domestic currency and their guarantees.
- Intermediate Excel.
- Knowledge of the DocuSign platform, Sisbacen system, and Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) regulations.
- Intermediate English.
- Availability to work at Av. Paulista 4 days per week.
