About the role

  • Support FX backoffice routines, including reconciliation, recording, settlement and monitoring of transactions.
  • Ensure documentary compliance of foreign exchange transactions by performing validations according to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with operational controls and meeting deadlines, ensuring proper formalization of transactions.
  • Support the team in responding to internal and external requests related to FX transactions.
  • Contribute to organizing information, controls and operational reports for the area.
  • Work collaboratively with partner teams, maintaining clear and objective communication.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for operational processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields;
  • Previous experience in FX backoffice;
  • Intermediate English (mandatory);
  • Intermediate Excel skills;
  • Availability to work 3x/week at Av. Paulista.
  • Differentials
  • Knowledge of Alliance 2 (SWIFT);
  • ABT1 certification;
  • Prior knowledge of foreign exchange legislation and regulation;
  • Advanced English.
