About the role
- Complete management of projects in test bench construction for electrical engineering / control & instrumentation
- Coordination and control of project workflows
- Liaison and coordination with our customers
- Review of project implementation with respect to cost-effectiveness, schedule adherence, and quality
- Leadership of internal and external personnel as well as subcontractors
- Planning of required staffing capacities
- Commercial activities such as negotiating and concluding change order agreements
- Point of contact for the competence center management regarding the projects
Requirements
- Completed degree in electrical engineering with a focus on high-voltage and low-voltage systems
- Alternatively: master craftsman/technician qualification in electrical engineering or information technology, or an equivalent vocational qualification in an electrical trade
- Several years of relevant professional experience in managing construction projects in building services engineering
- Solid knowledge in this field
- Willingness and ability to take on responsibility
- Proficient use of MS Office applications
- Independent and structured working style
- High commitment, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
