About the role

  • Request quotes and conduct price negotiations

Requirements

  • Commercial training or a degree in business administration with several years of professional experience in the building services (TGA) sector (ideally in technical purchasing or sales)
  • Alternatively: Technical vocational qualification in plumbing/HVAC (SHK) or electrical engineering with a strong affinity for commercial purchasing topics
  • Knowledge of project-based business and a pronounced technical understanding for communication with project managers, suppliers and subcontractors
  • Up-to-date knowledge of contract law (including VOB/B)
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style even under high workloads
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • An established network of suppliers and subcontractors in the region is an advantage
  • Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics NAV/Navision) and MS Office
  • Willingness to travel and a valid driving licence class B
