About the role
- Request and obtain quotations and conduct price negotiations
- Draft framework, purchase, works and subcontractor contracts
- Review required and delivered services in coordination with the project team
- Resolve issues related to non-performance or defective performance
- Provide solutions for delays in performance
- Expand contacts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Maintain existing relationships and identify new contracting partners
- Contribute to the optimization of procurement processes
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training
- Experience in procuring materials and subcontractor services
- Technical education or an affinity for procurement-related technical topics
- Professional experience in the building services/technical building equipment (TGA) sector or in technical procurement
- Technical understanding for communication with project managers and site managers
- Good network of suppliers and subcontractors
- Current knowledge of contract law, including VOB/B
- Proficient in MS Office applications
