About the role

  • Organize and manage the reception area and telephone switchboard
  • Coordinate and prepare meetings, conferences and events

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, a degree, or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally several years of professional experience in an assistant or office management role
  • Strong organizational skills and good time management
  • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Independent, structured and reliable working style
  • High commitment, discretion and strong communication skills
  • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
  • Empathy, team spirit and a professional demeanor
