About the role
- Join the ROM Technik team at our Stuttgart location as soon as possible
- Support the introduction, implementation and further development of the “LEAN ROM P4” strategy
- Communicate the Lean Construction approach to employees and project stakeholders
- Prepare and follow up workshops and trainings and assist with moderation
- Support efficient scheduling, schedule control and the execution of construction measures using project management tools
- Support the continuous improvement process (CIP)
- Visualize process analyses, concepts and construction sequence plans
Requirements
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate Management or a related field
- Ideally, you already have practical experience in building services/technical building equipment and are familiar with Lean Construction and scheduling
- You are proficient in common MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Many hands work on our projects — you bring team spirit and a strong commitment
