About the role
- Complete management of projects in test stand construction for electrical engineering / instrumentation & control
- Coordination and control of project workflows in consultation with customers
- Continuous review of project implementation with respect to cost-effectiveness, schedule adherence and quality
- Supervision of in-house and external personnel as well as subcontractors
- Planning of required personnel capacities
- Commercial activities including negotiating and concluding contract amendments and other additional agreements
- Primary point of contact for the competence center management regarding the projects
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on high- and low-voltage systems
- Alternatively: master craftsman/technician qualification in electrical engineering or information technology, or equivalent vocational training in an electrical trade
- Several years of relevant professional experience in executing construction projects in the field of building services/technical building systems
- Solid expertise in this area and willingness to take on responsibility
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Independent and structured working style
- High level of commitment, strong communication skills and assertiveness
