About the role

  • Work on technically complex projects — from planning through completion.
  • Support controlling activities related to budget, schedule and quality.
  • Take responsibility for on-time invoicing, liquidity (cash flow) planning and accounts receivable management.
  • Perform and further develop target vs. actual analyses to steer and monitor construction progress.
  • Use your project knowledge to support the commercial/finance team in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and closings.
  • Participate in special projects and conduct internal project audits.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial training (e.g., trained commercial clerk/Industriekaufmann) or a degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on controlling.
  • Initial professional experience, ideally gained in a technically oriented industry.
  • Strong numerical affinity, quick comprehension and a good sense of priorities.
  • Confident user of standard MS Office applications.
  • Independent, self-driven working style and a hands-on mentality.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, team spirit, high commitment and willingness to travel.
