Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a relevant degree
  • Initial professional experience in procuring materials and subcontractor services

  • Familiarity with project-based work and technical understanding
  • Good network of suppliers and subcontractors in the region
  • Up-to-date knowledge of contract law, including VOB/B (German Construction Contract Procedure, Part B)
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications
  • Committed and structured working style, even under high workloads
