About the role
- Obtain quotes and conduct price negotiations
- Draft framework, purchase, works and subcontractor contracts
- Review required and completed services and monitor costs / budget
- Develop solutions for non-performance, delayed performance or defective performance
- Supplier management: establish and maintain contacts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Contribute to the optimization of procurement processes within materials management
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or a relevant degree
- Initial professional experience in procuring materials and subcontractor services
- Ideally, professional experience in building services / technical building equipment or in technical procurement
- Technical understanding and the ability to communicate effectively with project and site managers
- Good network of suppliers and subcontractors in the region
- Up-to-date knowledge of contract law, including VOB/B
- Proficient in common MS Office applications
