Performance Marketing Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct initial client meetings to identify needs and define objectives
- Plan and facilitate workshops with clients on strategy, target audiences and performance
- Regular communication with clients and project management for ongoing and future projects
- Conceptualize, plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Operational implementation and optimization of SEO, SEA (Search Engine Advertising) and paid social activities
- Create creative content and ad copy for ads, landing pages and social media
- Analyze campaign performance, create reports and dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio) and derive concrete optimization measures
- Onboard and supervise interns and working students
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent German (spoken and written)
- Degree in marketing, media, communications or advertising — or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Strong interest in online marketing and current digital trends
- High sense of responsibility and a structured, reliable and flexible working style
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of English is an advantage
