About the role

  • Responsible for operating the SAP HCM system (H4S4) with a focus on payroll and personnel administration
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and collective agreement requirements
  • System customizing and configuration, error analysis, and technical enhancements, including ABAP code analysis
  • Coordinate the implementation of customer requirements across the relevant SAP HCM modules
  • Contribute the continuous improvement of the HR IT landscape including the consideration of new technologies

Requirements

  • Professional experience as an SAP HCM IT-Consultant
  • Comprehensive knowledge of German payroll processes and regulations
  • Customizing incl. schemas and rules
  • Experience with HR Smart Forms is an advantage
  • Solid technical skills in ABAP debugging
  • Good English skills, written and spoken
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, Communication, Teamwork, Customer focus, ability to engage and persuade others
  • Nice to have: Experience with international payroll (e.g. Poland)
  • Nice to have: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Nice to have: Basic German skills written and spoken
