About the role

  • Design new processes for supplier billing (logistical invoice verification, vendor invoice management from OpenText, credit note procedures, etc.) based on S/4HANA.
  • Together with our departments, you will develop ideas for process improvements, analyse their requirements and ensure a common understanding.
  • You customize and define cross-system processes, determine cross-system architecture and coordinate the implementation of interfaces.
  • Our processes usually start in 3rd party (nonSAP) microservices.
  • That's why the conception and support of interfaces as well as the examination of a wide variety of technologies are part of our everyday life: IDOCs, BAPIs, OData and many others.
  • Design the transfer of new solutions into operations and make sure they are sustainable and viable.

Requirements

  • Senior practical consultancy experience with opentext VIM.
  • Senior hands-on experience as an SAP consultant in requirements analysis, process design and modelling, preparation and carring out workshops, testing, actively supporting the business unit.
  • Good understanding of accounting and tax requirements.
  • Advanced English skills, written and spoken.
  • Agile mindset | Self-initiative | teamplayer | high analytical capability | Curiosity and Enthusiasm for SAP topics and current IT technologies.
  • Degree in (business) informatics or equivalent education.
  • Nice to have: Consultant experience with SAP MM (PUR, IV).
  • Knowledge of reading and debugging ABAP.
  • Knowledge of ArchiveLink, SAP archiving (ILM, SARA).
  • Experience with other moduls, e.g. SD/FI.
  • Experience with E-invoicing.
