About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Devise, generate and execute dynamic, innovative and cost-effective opening offers, evidencing segmentation knowledge especially around product as well as effective use of resources.
Full responsibility for the retention Lifecycle calendar, to ensure our brand has exciting, localised, relevant campaigns.
Develop and implement customer promotions: For retaining & growing the customer base through innovative and market-relevant campaigns.
Continuously analyse market/competitors: Ensure all campaigns are competitive in the marketplace.
Result analysis and reporting including: Outcomes Processes assessment and learnings with appropriate pre & post measurement and analysis.
Ensure all product features and verticals are effectively marketed to segmented base.
Customer personalisation strategy.
Be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the player experience.
Support other web marketing responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Marketing Degree or relevant qualification/experience essential
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, with experience in the verticals betting industry
Ability to observe and analyse changes and trends in the casino betting market and use this data in strategic planning
Good presentation skills with an attention to detail
Strong project management skills
Strategic and analytic mindset with proven commercial acumen
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills across a diverse team
Must be deadline and target driven with good time management
Highly computer literate
Ability to work under pressure and adapt well to change
A desire to try new technologies, do great things, make an impact… create moments of WOW!
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals
Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
