About the role
- Own the product discovery and backlog for mobile and web trading platforms.
- Lead Agile processes (Kanban/Scrum), ensuring consistent delivery and team productivity.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the team focuses on items with the highest business value.
- Define and maintain the product roadmap for trading platforms, aligning with business goals.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor platforms, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to plan releases and ensure features meet quality standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a Product Owner or similar product management role.
- Strong understanding of trading platforms and integrations in FX/CFD brokerage
- Strong understanding of KYC processes and client acquisition flows
- Strong understanding of Payment Provider integrations
- Proficient in Agile methodologies (Kanban/Scrum) and backlog management tools (Jira or similar).
