About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage technical coordination of the mechanical package throughout project delivery
Lead client meetings and coordinate all mechanical engineering communications
Manage technical submittals, RFIs and design reviews
Coordinate mechanical, electrical and CSA interfaces to ensure seamless installation
Develop and review commissioning documentation for mechanical systems
Prepare and review method statements and risk assessments
Monitor installation progress and ensure works remain on programme
Assist with cost management, change control and variation assessments
Drive completion of O&M manuals and handover documentation
Support and mentor Mechanical Engineers and Package Managers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline
Proven experience delivering mechanical packages on large-scale construction projects such as data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial or other mission critical developments
Strong understanding of mechanical commissioning, technical submittals and RFI management
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skill
Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain high standards of quality and compliance
Proactive approach with strong attention to detail and commitment to professional standards
