About the role

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team in the successful delivery of new store openings.
  • Oversee projects from feasibility and design through planning, approvals, and construction.
  • Ensure stores open on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive environment, empowering your team.
  • Ensure seamless execution across all project phases

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • 2-5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably consultancy
  • Previous experience in managing/co-ordinating multiple projects.
  • Ability to demonstrate experience in previous client facing roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software.
  • Familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and collaborative communication skills essential.
