About the role

  • Support the effective operation of our people systems and ensure ongoing compliance
  • Maintain accurate people data and support compliance activities
  • Assist the Senior People Lead with people-related systems, reporting, and integration work
  • Update and maintain accurate HR records and documentation across HR systems
  • Co-ordinate payroll data changes and liaise with the payroll department to ensure accuracy across all systems
  • Administer and maintain the organisation’s HR Information System (Bamboo HR)
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR system queries and user support
  • Assist in the preparation of regular and ad-hoc HR reports including turnover, absence, and dashboards for management
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
  • Collaborate with the People team on People-related projects as required

Requirements

  • Relevant HR qualification (certificate, diploma, or degree)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR administration, systems, or compliance-focused role
  • Strong administrative and IT skills, with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
