About the role

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across assigned roles and business areas
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and advise on hiring strategies
  • Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates in line with ORS values and standards
  • Deliver a positive, inclusive, and professional candidate experience
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding handovers with People & Culture colleagues
  • Support employer branding initiatives, careers events, and early talent activity
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and support reporting where required

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Alignment with a people-first, values-led culture
  • Experience recruiting within professional services, construction, or technical disciplines (desirable)
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment reporting (desirable)
  • Interest in employer branding and early careers initiatives (desirable)
