About the role
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across assigned roles and business areas
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and advise on hiring strategies
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates in line with ORS values and standards
- Deliver a positive, inclusive, and professional candidate experience
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding handovers with People & Culture colleagues
- Support employer branding initiatives, careers events, and early talent activity
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and support reporting where required
Requirements
- Proven experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Alignment with a people-first, values-led culture
- Experience recruiting within professional services, construction, or technical disciplines (desirable)
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment reporting (desirable)
- Interest in employer branding and early careers initiatives (desirable)
