About the role

  • Lead and deliver the ORS Group talent acquisition strategy in line with business growth plans.
  • Partner with SLT and senior stakeholders on workforce planning and critical hires.
  • Oversee and manage senior, specialist, and hard-to-fill roles across the group.
  • Set recruitment standards, processes, and best practices across ORS.
  • Lead employer branding, EVP development, and external talent engagement initiatives.
  • Use data and insights to inform recruitment decisions and report at leadership level.
  • Coach and support Talent Acquisition Partners and contribute to the wider People & Culture strategy.
  • Manage agency relationships and drive cost-effective hiring solutions.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in senior or lead-level talent acquisition roles.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence hiring decisions.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on delivery capability.
  • Experience designing or improving recruitment processes at scale.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management capability.
