About the role
- Lead and deliver the ORS Group talent acquisition strategy in line with business growth plans.
- Partner with SLT and senior stakeholders on workforce planning and critical hires.
- Oversee and manage senior, specialist, and hard-to-fill roles across the group.
- Set recruitment standards, processes, and best practices across ORS.
- Lead employer branding, EVP development, and external talent engagement initiatives.
- Use data and insights to inform recruitment decisions and report at leadership level.
- Coach and support Talent Acquisition Partners and contribute to the wider People & Culture strategy.
- Manage agency relationships and drive cost-effective hiring solutions.
Requirements
- Significant experience in senior or lead-level talent acquisition roles.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence hiring decisions.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on delivery capability.
- Experience designing or improving recruitment processes at scale.
- Excellent commercial awareness and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management capability.
