About the role
- Implement and refine comprehensive digital media strategies, focusing on website management, social media content, and email marketing to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
- Develop and execute targeted email campaigns using Mailchimp, crafting engaging content, segmenting audiences, and analysing performance.
- Maintain and enhance the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimised for SEO.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy, optimising website content for search engines to improve visibility and rankings.
- Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor digital performance and website metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare quarterly reports to track progress and suggest actionable improvements.
- Generate and curate engaging content for our website, social media, and other digital platforms, including blog posts, infographics, videos, and more.
- Oversee our social media channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking, to grow our online presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of supporting and executing successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a keen interest in developing and implementing digital media strategies.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), particularly WordPress, with an intermediate understanding of SEO practices.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor and report on performance.
- Experience with social media management, including content creation, community engagement, and basic performance analysis.
- Experience in email marketing, with hands-on experience using Mailchimp or similar platforms to create, segment, and analyse email campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to various platforms.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to contribute new ideas and adapt to changing market conditions.
