About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Development and implementation of social media strategies based on your expertise and our systems
Content research: identify viral videos, recognize patterns, compile and prepare lists
Analyze and optimize content, performance & accounts (e.g., views, Reels, Stories, statistics)
Close collaboration with creators: daily communication, feedback and reliable support
Maintain creator relationships and coordinate with external Reel posters
Ensure regular content (Reels, Stories, feed posts) and high-quality captions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong understanding of social media, especially virality on Instagram/TikTok
Experience creating structured and clear lists for creators
Analytical skills: explain why videos go viral (or don't) and how to improve content
Native-level German
Good English skills (for lists, captions and communication)
Availability in a time zone similar to Germany
High discipline, reliability and proactivity: independently identify tasks, analyze weaknesses and implement solutions
