About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a critical link between engineering, PMO, procurement, legal, finance and operations, ensuring contractual compliance, governance and support for executive decision-making.
Develop and consolidate the contractual strategy for projects, including contract models (EPC, EPCM, Turnkey, multi-contracts, etc.).
Structure, review and validate engineering contracts, ensuring clarity and completeness of scope.
Monitor contract execution throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate technical and contractual analysis of claims, contract rebalancing and disputes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
Postgraduate degree or MBA in:
Project Management
Contract Law
Engineering Economics or related fields (preferred)
Solid experience (minimum 8–10 years) in:
Contract management of large-scale CAPEX projects
Proven experience in:
EPC / EPCM / Turnkey contracts
Complex contract negotiations
Claims and dispute management
Experience in sectors such as:
Energy (biogas, biomethane, renewables)
Infrastructure
Process industries
Advanced knowledge in:
Structuring and managing engineering contracts
Contractual standards and frameworks (FIDIC, NEC, civil/commercial legislation)
Strong command of:
Project financial structuring (CAPEX/OPEX)
Contractual risk management
Experience with:
Modeling contractual KPIs and SLAs
Languages:
Advanced English (desirable, especially for international contracts)
Desired certifications:
PMP or other PMI certifications
Courses in:
Engineering contract management
FIDIC / legal engineering
Risk analysis and compliance
