About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform technical feasibility analyses of projects, assessing requirements, available resources, design assumptions and technical factors related to the electrical discipline.
Analyze and validate conceptual, basic and detailed engineering documents, ensuring compliance with technical standards, applicable legislation and engineering best practices.
Develop and review calculation reports, technical specifications, reports, technical opinions and other engineering documentation.
Prepare technical-commercial reconciliations and evaluate proposals from suppliers and service providers.
Participate in the selection and definition of equipment, materials, systems and CapEx/OpEx services throughout all project maturity phases.
Provide technical oversight of projects, construction, field installations, commissioning and startup of industrial plants.
Develop strategies to identify, mitigate and manage project risks and opportunities.
Lead multidisciplinary technical meetings, promoting clear communication and data-driven decision-making.
Assess interfaces between engineering disciplines and ensure integration of electrical systems with other plant systems.
Conduct technical visits and audits at suppliers, manufacturers and strategic partners.
Monitor technological trends, regulations and market practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of company projects and processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Active registration with CREA.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial plant projects.
Experience in power generation, transmission and distribution projects.
Knowledge of physicochemical industrial processes.
Experience with electrical installations in classified (hazardous) areas.
Knowledge of control systems, industrial automation and power electronics.
Experience in construction supervision, commissioning and startup of industrial plants.
Experience in projects related to biogas and biomethane will be considered a plus.
MS Project.
Primavera P6.
Power BI.
AutoCAD.
Microsoft Office suite.
BIM methodology.
Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams is desirable.
Advanced English is desirable.
Fluent English will be considered an advantage.
