About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Consolidate and monitor the performance of the corporate project portfolio.
  • Ensure the integrity, quality and currency of projects' strategic information.
  • Develop, update and maintain executive dashboards and portfolio performance indicators.
  • Prepare management reports and executive materials for Committees, the Board and other governance forums.
  • Support management of the investment pipeline and project prioritization.
  • Conduct project maturity assessments using structured governance methodologies.
  • Evaluate adherence to minimum requirements for transition between FEL gates.
  • Apply maturity diagnostic tools, including PDRI (Project Definition Rating Index) and other assessment methodologies.
  • Issue technical opinions on project readiness to advance to the next phase.
  • Identify risks, gaps and opportunities for improvement in project development processes.
  • Structure and coordinate the project governance communication flow.
  • Prepare executive presentations for the Board, Committees and strategic stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment among areas involved in the project development cycle.
  • Support dissemination of standards, procedures, methodologies and project management best practices.
  • Facilitate workshops, alignment meetings and trainings related to portfolio governance.
  • Support the evolution of PMO governance processes.
  • Participate in drafting and reviewing procedures, standards, templates and corporate methodologies.
  • Promote initiatives to raise project management maturity.
  • Support internal audits related to governance and project management.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Business Management, Project Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience in Project Portfolio Management.
  • Corporate Project Governance.
  • FEL (Front-End Loading) methodologies.
  • PMBOK.
  • Development and management of performance indicators.
  • Power BI.
  • Microsoft Office suite (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Schedule management and project controls.
  • Critical analysis of project performance.
  • PMI certification (PMP®, PMI-SP®, PMO-CP® or equivalent).
  • PDRI (Project Definition Rating Index).
  • AWP (Advanced Work Packaging).
  • BIM (Building Information Modeling).
  • Lean methodologies and Continuous Improvement.
  • Corporate risk management.
  • Business Intelligence and Analytics tools.
