About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct guided visits as part of the Experiência Circular program.
Support and deliver training for educators.
Support and deliver lectures and educational activities.
Monitor program delivery in public schools and other participating institutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the schools served.
Apply participatory methodologies aligned with environmental and climate education.
Collect records, insights, and qualitative and quantitative evidence of activities carried out.
Support monitoring, data systematization, and program indicators.
Assist, when necessary, in the preparation of proposals and drafting of calls for proposals.
Support the preparation of technical and institutional reports for the programs.
Assist in the development and updating of pedagogical materials.
Monitor the progress of third-party service providers.
Prepare, under guidance, spreadsheets, charts, reports, and presentations.
Comply with the institution's established policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in fields related to Environmental Education, such as Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Biology, Social Sciences, Pedagogy/Education, Geography, Arts, Social Communication/Communications, or related areas.
Strong oral and written communication skills; teaching-oriented profile.
Ability to create institutional and pedagogical presentations.
Collaborative mindset, with initiative, creativity, and proactivity to propose innovative actions.
Organized and adaptable, able to handle multiple demands.
Sensitivity to interact with diverse audiences.
Collaborative attitude and team spirit.
Availability to work on-site and travel.
Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH), Category B.
Intermediate English.
