About the role

  • Issue and verify customer invoicing according to contracts and information received from the responsible departments;
  • Manage accounts receivable items, monitoring due dates and maturities;
  • Monitor customer payments and record payment settlements in the system;
  • Perform bank receipt reconciliation against records in the financial ERP;
  • Support monitoring of the customer portfolio and identification of outstanding balances;
  • Assist with collection activities and monitoring of delinquent accounts;
  • Record billing adjustments, discounts, or payment discrepancies;
  • Support preparation of billing and collections reports;
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve billing or payment discrepancies;
  • Support treasury administrative routines and audit processes as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting.
  • At least one year of prior experience in billing, accounts receivable, finance, or treasury;
  • Intermediate Excel skills;
  • Experience with financial ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle, or similar).
  • The following will be considered a plus:
  • At least one year of prior experience with bank reconciliation;
  • Knowledge of Power BI or other data analysis tools;
  • Basic understanding of cash flow and treasury routines.
