About the role
- Lead product strategy, vision, roadmap planning, and prioritization for enterprise clients.
- Advise senior stakeholders, drive alignment, and facilitate confident decision-making.
- Translate ambiguity into clear plans, structured requirements, and predictable delivery pathways.
- Oversee multi-stream delivery from discovery to launch.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure feasibility, clarity, and quality.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, dependencies, trade-offs, and scenario planning.
- Present progress, risks, and recommendations to external clients and internal leadership.
- Contribute to standards, tools, frameworks, and continuous improvement within the PM practice.
- Champion responsible, effective AI use in product workflows.
- Occasional travel across the Americas for client meetings.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Agile product management experience, ideally in consulting or client services.
- Experience leading large-scale, complex, or multi-stream product initiatives end-to-end.
- Strong stakeholder leadership and communication skills, including with executives.
- Expertise in eCommerce, headless CMS, composable architecture, and modern digital platforms.
- Strength in discovery, data-informed prioritization, roadmap planning, and structured thinking.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, balance constraints, and drive clarity in complex environments.
- Comfort using AI for research, planning, documentation, and risk/scenario analysis.
- Experience with agentic development tools is a plus.
