About the role

  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with customers, partners, and local stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies
  • Proactively manage legal, financial, and reputational risks
  • Capture customer demand across applications, grades, packaging, and volumes
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Position products confidently against competitors

Requirements

  • Degree in chemistry, polymer science, or chemical engineering
  • Extensive experience in technical or solution-based sales
  • Fluent communication in both English and Chinese
  • Strong sales track record and established network
  • Strong digital and analytical capabilities
  • Familiarity with MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce
  • Willingness to travel frequently (around 50–60%)
