RPA Developer need with 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience with one or more Automation technologies, including RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation AnyWhere, Power Automate, BluePrism, OpenAI.
Knowledge of the architecture, components, and best practices of leading Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms
Proven ability to integrate automation practices effectively across all phases of the SDLC (e.g., planning, design, implementation, and maintenance)
Skills in writing clean, efficient, well-commented, and reusable automation code and scripts.
Skills in creating clear, precise technical documentation (Solution Design Documents) and effectively training non-technical stakeholders on automation processes.
Experience with process analysis, business process management, and workflow design.
Experience integrating automation solutions with web applications, desktop applications, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
Strong ability to debug code and system failures, analyze logs, and identify root causes in automated processes.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles Strong facilitation and leadership skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Highly organized with an obsessive eye towards planning and details.
Excellent follow up skills.
Demonstrates initiative and can self-manage domain specific work.
Strong project/process management skills and committed to continuously improve quality and effectiveness of own work.
