About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide functional and technical support for NetSuite users across different regions (India, US, Mexico, Europe)
Assist in the implementation of NetSuite for new projects, modules, and integrations
Support configuration and customization of NetSuite, including workflows, record types, and data migration
Analyze and understand business requirements, translating them into effective NetSuite solutions
Utilize Dell Boomi and other middleware tools to integrate NetSuite with third-party applications
Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions for NetSuite with external systems (ERP, CRM, E-commerce, etc.)
In-depth knowledge and experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Inventory Management, Taxation, ARM (Advanced Revenue Management), and Fixed Asset Management modules in NetSuite
Provide functional expertise in handling financial transactions, tax calculations, inventory tracking, and asset lifecycle management
Support data migration projects, ensuring accurate data mapping, validation, and loads from legacy systems to NetSuite
Create and maintain clear and comprehensive functional documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes in NetSuite
Prepare and deliver training materials for end-users on NetSuite features and best practices
Debug, review, and ensure compliance of scripts and documentation for various NetSuite modules

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 5 years of experience in NetSuite support and implementation
Deep understanding of functional and technical aspects of NetSuite
Experience integrating systems using middleware tools like Dell Boomi
Knowledge of NetSuite scripting (SuiteScript 2.0, Restlets, Map/Reduce, Client Scripts, and Workflows)
Hands-on experience in NetSuite modules such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Inventory Management, Taxation, Intercompany Transfer, Fixed Asset Management, and Data Migration
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for scripts and functional documentation
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred
NetSuite Certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer) are a plus
