About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Daily management support of marketable securities monitoring
- Desk top monitoring of borrowing base certificates as it pertains to asset-based line monitoring
- Imaging documents received
- Performing monitoring of pledged marketable securities
- Monitoring asset-based lines of credit to determine compliance with loan agreement funding definitions
- Notifying Relationship Manager of collateral shortfalls
- Ensuring bank-wide proper tracking of documentation of asset-based lines of credit
- Assisting Manager in identifying potential problem credits for appropriate risk rating
- Providing administrative assistance as needed for Covenant Compliance Manager and the Department
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in Finance or Accounting preferred
- Working knowledge of federal/state laws related to banking/lending practices
- Basic knowledge of computer applications such as the Internet, Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Ability to use bank-specific software such as MPC, IBS, ADP, etc.
- Ability to use basic office machines
- Ability and judgment to interact and communicate appropriately
