About the role
- Telephone outreach to decision-makers in SMEs, handling both inbound leads and own outreach lists
- Qualify prospects and conduct structured sales calls
- Identify purchase intent and independently close in the first call whenever possible
- Schedule and prepare appointments for follow-up discussions when an immediate close is not appropriate
- Consistently follow up, maintain, and prioritize your pipeline in the CRM
- Close collaboration with Marketing and Operations to relay market feedback and improve processes
- Continuously optimize your call technique and closing rate using clear metrics
Requirements
- Several years of sales experience, ideally in phone sales, telesales, direct sales, or B2B sales
- Enjoy high activity levels: you are willing to make many calls every day to achieve your targets
- Proven success in closing deals or in booking appointments with decision-makers
- Excellent spoken Swiss German or at least five years living in Switzerland with a correspondingly strong command of the language
- High self-motivation, resilience, and willingness to work in a performance-driven environment
- Comfortable using CRM systems or willingness to learn quickly
- Structured work style, reliability, and a clear focus on results rather than hours worked
- Optional but advantageous: experience with SaaS, agency services, or tech-enabled B2B solutions
- Proof of having earned above-average, performance-based compensation
Benefits
- Uncapped commission
- Up to CHF 500 per closed deal
- Up to 20% commission on direct closes
- Up to 10% for appointment bookings
- Bonus: CHF 1,000 for each additional 10 deals beyond 20
