About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external training programs
- Coordinate training calendars, participant registrations, attendance tracking, and training logistics
- Maintain training records, feedback reports, and learning documentation
- Assist in identifying training needs through surveys, discussions, and performance feedback
- Support the preparation of training materials, presentations, and communication updates
- Coordinate with trainers, facilitators, and stakeholders to ensure successful training delivery
- Gather and analyze training feedback to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
- Support employee engagement initiatives, culture-building activities, and internal events
- Assist in planning and executing employee experience programs throughout the employee lifecycle
- Coordinate employee surveys, feedback collection, and engagement activities
- Support internal communication initiatives to enhance employee awareness and participation
- Assist in organizing recognition programs, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities
- Track participation, feedback, and outcomes of employee engagement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed/ Following Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from a reputable Institute/ University
- 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different stakeholders
- Creative mindset with an interest in employee engagement and workplace culture
