About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and understand the existing ETL architecture and data flows
Maintain, improve, and optimize ETL packages primarily developed using SSIS and Python
Identify and resolve issues within existing ETL processes before transition to the new architecture
Support transformation of current ETL processes for the future cloud-based Data Lakehouse architecture
Ensure reliability, performance, and continuity of daily data integration processes
Collaborate with the Data Architect, Business Intelligence team, and relevant stakeholders
Own assigned tasks, proactively identify improvement areas, and drive work through completion

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–5+ years of professional experience in ETL development, data integration, or a similar role
Strong hands-on experience with SSIS and Python
Solid understanding of ETL processes, data flows, and Data Warehouse concepts
Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and improving existing ETL packages
Ability to contribute to ETL modernization and data architecture transformation projects
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking initiative and ownership
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Intermediate to upper-intermediate English proficiency, with ability to use English when required
