About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide transparency into business performance at ORBIS headquarters
- Prepare and analyze budget vs. actual comparisons
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses
- Deliver decision-ready insights through clear, informative reports
- Actively contribute to operational group planning and risk management
- Maintain oversight of project controlling
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve controlling processes and systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in finance, controlling, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a controlling environment, preferably in the areas listed above
- Solid knowledge of financial accounting and a strong affinity for working with numbers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of SAP ERP FI/CO is a plus
- Fluent German and very good command of English
- Ability to work independently, resilient, reliable, and highly responsible
- Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong team spirit
