About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively support the internal IT department and contribute to the stable operation and continuous development of the IT infrastructure
- Manage existing systems in the areas of virtualization, networking, firewalls, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery
- Analyze incidents in a structured manner
- Develop sustainable solutions and ensure systems remain stable and future-proof
- Contribute to the further development of the IT landscape in both on-premises and cloud environments
- Keep up to date with the latest developments and trends and contribute to the optimization of IT systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed apprenticeship or degree in IT, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience operating IT infrastructures
- Knowledge of virtualization, backup, monitoring, and networks/firewalls
- Ideally, experience with the Microsoft Cloud environment (M365 / Azure)
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong team spirit
