About the role

  • Lead the development, execution, and governance of Orange Sky’s brand strategy
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to direct reports
  • Oversee brand governance, acting as the guardian of visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging
  • Manage brand health and audience sentiment
  • Develop crisis communication strategies
  • Bring the brand to life through compelling communications and brand-led campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management or communications
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex processes
  • Natural relationship-builder who can engage everyone from Co-Founders to frontline volunteers
  • Proactive problem-solver with a deep passion for the Orange Sky mission.
