About the role
- Support the management, development and dissemination of BIM products within the OrçaFascio ecosystem
- Work in the Product team with a focus on customer education and sales presentations
- Conduct technical demonstrations, solution presentations, training sessions, workshops, and educational activities
- Translate technical features into clear, practical, and accessible language for clients
- Support the creation of educational materials such as user guides, technical content, and practical examples
- Participate in client meetings to understand needs and gather feedback
Requirements
- Education – Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering completed or in progress
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of BIM
- Familiarity with modeling software such as Revit and/or Civil 3D
- Basic understanding of technical documentation (manuals, guides, workflows)
- Ability to quickly learn and use new software and technologies
- Basic knowledge of cost estimating or interest in BIM 5D
- Basic understanding of digital product concepts (Scrum or Kanban, backlog, requirements, improvements)
- Ability to perform functional testing on plugins and BIM tools
