About the role
- Own and execute all configuration and development work across Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and RightRev.
- Configure product catalogs, bundles, pricing rules, approvals, contracts, and revenue recognition logic.
- Extend platform functionality using Apex, Lightning, Flows, and other declarative/custom tools when configuration alone is insufficient.
- Troubleshoot issues, manage UAT, prepare and maintain documentation, and support end-user adoption.
- Oversee deployments, version control, and change management for CPQ/RCA/RightRev environments.
- Act as the subject matter expert, collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to translate business needs into scalable configurations or development enhancements.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or RCA.
- Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes and revenue recognition workflows.
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist required.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a plus, or equivalent experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning, and Flow.
- Knowledge of ASC 606 accounting principles is an advantage.
- Experience with ERP/billing integrations (Workday, NetSuite, SAP) and middleware tools such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi is a plus.
