Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record growing email newsletters, subscriber businesses, media properties, or digital products from the ground up
Deep expertise with Meta Business Suite and other paid acquisition channels
Hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing, email marketing automation, onboarding flows, and subscriber journeys
Demonstrated success with quiz funnels, lead magnets, landing pages, and paid acquisition funnels
Deep understanding of acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization metrics and their interplay
Proven ability to translate marketing priorities into clear, executable project and campaign roadmaps
