About the role
- As a Web Designer, you are our creative lead for all things digital, with a clear focus on the web:
- Landing page design: You conceive and design conversion-driven landing pages that make our SEA and SEO campaigns successful.
- WordPress development (No-Code/Low-Code): You independently implement designs in WordPress — your toolkit includes page builders such as Elementor or Breakdance.
- Digital design: In addition to websites, you create any digital assets needed (e.g., banner campaigns for social media or display ads).
- UX/UI optimization: You question existing layouts and continuously improve the user experience in our client projects.
- Interface/liaison: You work closely with our SEO and SEA managers to perfectly combine design and performance.
Requirements
- You have solid professional experience in web design, ideally in an agency environment or with a focus on performance marketing.
- You know WordPress and page builders like Elementor or Breakdance inside out.
- You are proficient with common tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud).
- You are digitally driven and comfortable working in a fast-moving digital environment.
- You know the latest web trends and understand how to implement design elements cleanly from a technical perspective.
- You don’t just design things that look good — you understand how design influences user flow and conversions.
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, are required for coordination with our mid-sized (SME) clients.
