Acquires, installs, schedules, and tests system software upgrades and patches.
Diagnoses and resolves hardware, software, and connectivity problems across assigned systems.
Administers Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, and related identity services.
Participates in design, implementation, and improvement of virtualization environments for Nutanix and Purestorage.
Manages all IT support for Facility EMR.
Ensures systems comply with security policies, applies patches, and supports cyber‑defensive technologies.
Configures, manages, and maintains Windows Environment including physical servers, AD Authentication, VMWare Management, Citrix environment, and Windows updates.
