Account Executive – Full Cycle Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities end to end
- Generate pipeline through outbound campaigns
- Attend trade shows to build relationships
- Manage deal momentum and close high-value contracts
- Build long-term relationships and expand accounts
- Collaborate with founders as technical support
- Stay involved post-sale to identify expansion opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Own the Full Sales Cycle
- Sell high-value, pre-designed solutions (“wedges”) to well-qualified prospects
- Diagnose customer problems and position solutions consultatively
- Execute outbound campaigns via email sequences, voice calls, and multi-touch engagement
- Be the first point of contact on inbound marketing leads
- Establish trust and credibility with senior stakeholders
- Maintain HubSpot hygiene — track deal progression, risks, next steps
- Translate technical capabilities into business value
