About the role

  • Build and manage your own business development pipeline (EMEA, focus on MENA)
  • Identify and develop market-entry and project opportunities
  • Co-create offers and proposals with the team
  • Lead execution of projects you bring in or take ownership of
  • Coordinate between German clients and regional partners
  • Turn ideas into concrete deliverables (partner lists, pilots, structures)

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in business development, sales, or market entry in energy or renewables
  • Comfortable approaching and building relationships with clients
  • Good listener who learns fast and adapts
  • Motivated by partnership logic and connecting Germany and the MENA region
  • Fluent in German or Arabic, with very good English.
