About the role
- Build and manage your own business development pipeline (EMEA, focus on MENA)
- Identify and develop market-entry and project opportunities
- Co-create offers and proposals with the team
- Lead execution of projects you bring in or take ownership of
- Coordinate between German clients and regional partners
- Turn ideas into concrete deliverables (partner lists, pilots, structures)
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in business development, sales, or market entry in energy or renewables
- Comfortable approaching and building relationships with clients
- Good listener who learns fast and adapts
- Motivated by partnership logic and connecting Germany and the MENA region
- Fluent in German or Arabic, with very good English.
