About the role

  • Technical contact for customers and support for the Account Manager
  • Planning, implementation and maintenance of IT projects
  • Handling 2nd- and 3rd-level support requests
  • Managing multiple customer systems
  • Coordinating technical deployments and providing presales support
  • Further development of customer infrastructures
  • Documenting technical solutions and maintaining the knowledge base

Requirements

  • Completed IT training or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IT support
  • Strong knowledge in:
  • – Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 (highest priority)
  • – Backup software
  • – Linux server systems
  • – Network and firewall configuration
  • – Endpoint protection, Exchange and telephony systems
  • Fluent German language skills (at least C1)
  • Driver’s license class B
