About the role
- Technical point of contact for customers and support for the Account Manager
- Planning, implementation and support of IT projects
- Handling 2nd- and 3rd-level support requests
- Managing multiple customer systems
- Coordinating technical deployments and providing presales support
- Ongoing development and optimization of customer infrastructures
- Documenting technical solutions and maintaining the knowledge base
Requirements
- Completed IT training or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge in: – Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 (highest priority) – Backup software – Linux server systems – Network and firewall configuration – Endpoint protection, Exchange, and telephone systems
- Fluent German (minimum C1)
- Driver's license (Class B)
- Advantageous: experience supporting multiple customer systems simultaneously
- Knowledge or experience in presales or IT consulting
