About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • At the heart of the brand strategy, you help bring Opisto’s visual identity to life and evolve it across all our materials and channels
  • Own and maintain a strong, distinctive brand identity for Opisto, deploying it consistently across all audiences, materials and channels (DMS, marketplaces…)
  • Develop the brand platform based on a detailed understanding of target audiences and the market (user studies, benchmarks, moodboards, art direction)
  • Enrich communication materials, both physical and digital
  • Create and roll out everyday graphic elements for products and key moments, ensuring quality and coherence
  • Share and embody the brand standards with internal teams to ensure smooth and consistent adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in brand design, ideally in a fast-growing digital environment
  • You have a strong mastery of brand strategy and can lead a full image overhaul: repositioning, modernization of the visual identity, evolution or complete redesign of the graphic charter
  • You know how to build a strong, differentiated brand that is coherent across all touchpoints (website, platform, social media, campaigns, sales materials), with a clear objective: to strengthen awareness and credibility
  • Comfortable with design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite), you can create structured graphic systems (brand guidelines, UI) designed for large-scale deployment
  • You are both creative and strategic, with an awareness of business goals: acquisition, conversion, brand image
  • Autonomous, demanding and proactive, you enjoy challenging the status quo and championing a strong vision to evolve a brand
